Christmas in a Day Workshop

£165.00 per head for a group of 6

 

The day starts at 9.30am and finishes at approximately 4.30pm

 

This very hands-on day will start with a session with Trevor making Christmas Cruffins for the breakfast table

which you will come back to later in the day.

Then you will learn the secrets of the Wellington with our head chef Alistair, 

who will show you how to make a delicious a Venison Wellington and how to create your own festive ravioli.

 

It will then be time for lunch, when we will serve delicious sharing platters, celebrating imaginative and hassle-free dishes you can serve on Boxing Day.  All recipes will be available to take home with you.

 

After lunch, it will be  back to work with a stunning Christmas chutney and sweet and savoury canapés for serving  with that glass of Buck’s Fizz on Christmas morning.

 

Next, Trevor will finish your Cruffins with you ready to take home.

 

Finally we will teach you how to make a hot boozy Smoking Bishop cocktail to see in the New Year!

 

Our Christmas Workshops  can be booked in groups of 6 on any day during December from Saturday 12th December through to Wednesday 23rd December.
